Responsible Gambling

At The Rank Group we believe that a socially responsible approach to gambling is a keystone of our business.

As one of the UK's largest gaming companies, Rank works hard to promote responsible attitudes towards gambling and to help our customers to stay in control. We are committed to the government's stated objective of protecting children and the vulnerable from being harmed or exploited by gaming.

Following an extensive period of research and consultation, Rank has developed an industry-leading Responsible Gambling Policy. Key features of our policy include:

• A rigorous and specialised training programme to enable employees to recognise problem gambling behaviours
• Simple self-exclusion measures across all platforms for customers who are concerned about their own gambling
• Prominent in-club use of posters and leaflets displaying the 'Helping you stay in control' logo and promoting responsible attitudes towards gambling
• Availability across all platforms of contact details for relevant charities and support groups, including GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous, Gordon House Association and National Debtline
