Rank’s executive committee assists the chief executive in directing and promoting the profitable operation and development of the Group
Henry is currently a non-executive director of the AIM-listed CFD trading platform operator, PLUS 500 PLC. Henry has more than 20 years experience in the betting and gaming sector and in online and broadcast media. Most recently he was the chief executive officer of William Hill Online, the joint venture between William Hill plc and Playtech plc, which managed William Hill’s online business. Other roles in the gambling industry include chief executive officer of Leisure & Gaming plc and chief operating officer of Bettingcorp Ltd
For eight years Frances was company secretary and legal director of the multi-national health and fitness group, Holmes Place Group, and prior to that she was a solicitor in private practice.
Clive was previously Rank’s group financial controller prior to which he was the financial controller or Rank’s gaming division. He has held finance positions in a number of other companies prior to joining Rank in July 2000. Clive is a chartered accountant.
Joined Rank in June 2009 as managing director of Mecca. He has held a number of senior management posts in the leisure industry, including chief executive of Pizza Hut UK (while at Whitbread PLC), chief executive of Yates Group plc and executive chairman of Premium Bars and Restaurants PLC.Back to Top
Joined Rank in June 2008 as managing director of its casino businesses. His previous roles include managing directorships of both Whitbread’s pub restaurants division and Scottish and Newcastle’s restaurants and accommodation division.
Appointed group human resources director in October 2006. Previously Sue held the position of human resources director for Rank’s gaming division. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and chairman of the employment group for Business in Sport and Leisure Limited.
Appointed CIO in September 2013 from the Avis Group where he has been CIO for the EMEA region with responsibility for all European and Commercial platforms, through an IT team of 250 located in twelve countries. Keith has also been leading the IT integration of Europe and the US following the recent US Avis Budget Group acquisition of the European business. Prior to this, he was Chief Operations Officer for eNett International, a joint venture between Travelport and PSP International, focused on the travel payment market.
