– Director Declaration

The following information is given in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 subsequent to John Warren’s appointment as a non-executive director of The Rank Group Plc (“Rank”) on 1 January 2006 and subsequent to the changes to his non-executive directorships announced on 16 March 2007 and 16 September 2009.

With effect from 11 June 2012 John Warren was appointed to the board 4imprint Group plc.

Since 11 June 2012 John Warren’s non-executive directorships have comprised Bovis Homes Group plc, Spectris Plc, The Rank Group Plc, Welsh Water and 4imprint Group plc.

There is no further information which would require disclosure under sub paragraphs 9.6.13(2) to 9.6.13(6) of the Listing Rules.
