– Director Declaration

The following information is given in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 subsequent to John Warren’s appointment as a non-executive director of The Rank Group Plc on 1 January 2006 and subsequent to the changes to his non-executive directorships announced on 16 March 2007, 16 September 2009 and 22 June 2012.

With effect from 30 January 2013 John Warren was appointed to the board of Greencore Group plc.

Since 30 January 2013 John Warren’s non-executive directorships have comprised Bovis Homes Group plc, Spectris Plc, The Rank Group Plc, Welsh Water, 4imprint Group plc and Greencore Group plc.

There is no further information which would require disclosure under sub paragraphs 9.6.13(2) to 9.6.13(6) of the Listing Rules.
