– Notification of Voting Rights and Capital – Update 18
Consequent upon the recent allotment of shares under the Company’s employee share option schemes, the issued share capital of The Rank Group Plc (“Rank“) has now increased to 390,683,521 ordinary shares of 138/9p each with voting rights.
No shares are held in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Rank as at 30 June 2013 is 390,683,521.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Rank under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
