– Notification of Directors’ Interests in Shares

On 29 May 2014 a contingent share award was made to Henry Birch, chief executive, of 656,250 ordinary shares of 13⁸/₉p each in The Rank Group Plc with an initial market value of 160.0p per share.

The shares awarded will vest in tranches in 2015, 2016 and 2017 conditional upon, and to the extent that, the performance conditions set by the remuneration committee for the award have been achieved.
