– Result of AGM

1.       Rank confirms that, at the annual general meeting held earlier today, all of the resolutions proposed to the meeting were duly approved by the Company’s shareholders on a poll.

2.       Full details of the proxy votes lodged at the meeting and beforehand by post and electronically for each of the resolutions proposed to the meeting are available on the Company’s corporate website at https://www.rank.com/en/shareholder-centre.html

3.       In accordance with paragraph 9.6.2 of the Listing Rules, copies of the resolutions passed, other than resolutions pertaining to ordinary business, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority.  They will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
