On 21 March 2016, The Rank Group Plc (“Rank”) received a notification from Artemis Investment Management LLP (on behalf of discretionary funds under management), that, as at 18 March 2016, it had a notifiable indirect interest in the voting rights attached to 20,127,909 Ordinary 13⁸/₉p shares representing 5.15% of the total voting rights in Rank.
