Our responsibility to people and the planet is a core driver of how we operate as a business. Our Environmental, Social, and Governance (‘ESG’) activity focuses on our customers, colleagues, the communities we operate in, and the environment we need to look after.
Customers
Providing an entertaining and exciting experience for all our customers is a central focus of our business. To achieve this, we want to offer our customers fun and entertainment, whilst ensuring that they play within their means. Safer gambling considerations are therefore at the forefront of our consumer engagement and embedded into everything we do.
Colleagues
Delivering a high quality of service for our customers depends on our ability to provide a positive working environment for our colleagues. As such, driving engagement, providing development opportunities, and ensuring all employees are treated fairly and given the support they require, are all key commitments for our business.
Environment
We are committed to reaching net zero by 2050, with an interim target of net zero Scope 1 and 2 and selected Scope 3 emissions by 2035. We are progressing on our Net Zero Pathway, monitoring energy consumption, implementing decarbonisation initiatives, and effecting behavioural change.
Communities
Beyond entertaining people, we recognise that we play a pivotal role in the communities in which we operate. We want to give back to local communities and support colleagues in doing the same.
